Veterans in Piping (VIP) Pre-Apprenticeship Program This program is designed for Veterans, to include currently serving Guard and Reserve soldiers,sailors, marines and airmen, who are able to attend a 20 week training program for welding and rigging.

Lieutenant General Don Campbell Jr., The III Corps and Ft. Hood Commanding general, said this ceremony at the Great Place is about the Army embracing Vietnam Veterans and caring for them because they never recieved the welcome they deserve.
