WI VFW ONLINE REPORTING UPGRADED EFFECTIVE TODAY

July 3, 2012 in Program Updates, WI VFW News

After much anticipation, your VFW Department of Wisconsin has upgraded its online reporting system to a fully-integrated system that is easy to use and enables users to see a complete report of their activities to date. The new system was originally developed for the VFW Department of Florida by Dave Armstrong of Onstaff Tech. This advanced reporting service is now in use by several other state VFW organizations and is rapidly expanding.

While a login is necessary, it is very simple and, once logged-in, the user may report activities in all categories. Buddy Poppy reporting and Post Veterans Service reporting is included. Under our former system, a confirmation email was sent. This is no longer the case, since entries are instantaneous and the user Post has the ability to see all entries in all categories, even downloading a status report whenever needed, at any time.

Additionally, District Commanders and Committee Chairmen are able to pull up reports of activities in their areas of responsibility at any time. The system is truly state-of-the-art!

An e-mail was sent to all members who had used the old system in the past year detailing login and password for access. If your Post did not receive that email, you may submit the access request, below, and receive the information you need.

Thank you for all you do for Veterans, your Community and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Keep up the good work, and keep reporting your activities!
