Comrades and Sisters,
It has come to my attention that our volunteers at the VA in Milwaukee are in dire need of winter coats for homeless veterans. If you could please do a collection of GOOD used
coats our veterans would appreciate it. Remember, they need to be in good condition, clean with no buttons missing or zippers broken. If you won’t wear it, they should not wear it.
Please do a collection as soon as possible as the cold weather is upon us. I have listed below some other needs you may be able to help with.
Let’s get together and keep our veterans warm for the winter.
WINTER COATS–SIZE LARGE—XLARGE—XXLARGE—XXXLARGE
SWEATSHIRTS—ANY SIZE
SHOES—ANY SIZE
BELTS–ANY SIZE
INSULATED UNDERWEAR—LARGE AND UP
Please contact me and I will make arrangements to get the coats picked up.
